Who We Are
Immanuel Baptist Church’s youth ministry is known as the #412StudentLife. We firmly believe that our students from sixth grade through Senior’s in High School, when they give their lives to Jesus Christ and accept the free gift of salvation, are the church! We believe our students are capable of fulfilling the message of 1 Timothy 4:12.
We believe that if our students embrace God’s calling on their lives even as they are young that they can set the example for other believers with their lives, setting the example as stated in scripture!
What We Do
We have been blessed with the most amazing students, families and devoted youth workers. Our ministry serves students as they begin sixth grade in middle school and goes all the way through their senior year in high school. Evangelism and discipleship is the key! Our most important relationship is a saving relationship in Jesus Christ! These students are discerning God’s call on their life. We give them an opportunity to live that out, not just sit in the background.
We meet on Sunday mornings at two different times. There is a small group for everybody from sixth grade through Senior’s in High School. Our first Sunday school meets at 9:15 a.m. during the Contemporary Worship Service, and our second Sunday school hour meets at 10:30 a.m. during our Traditional Worship Service.
Our mid-week service meets Wednesdays for fellowship from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Our worship service starts immediately after that at 6:15 p.m. and gets out at 7:15 p.m.
We meet in the EPICENTER. The EPICENTER is in the basement below the sanctuary in the main building on our campus at 2351 Mahan Dr.
All of our events and signup links will be posted below. This includes Discipleship events such as DNOW weekends, winter retreats, summer camps, weekly fellowship events, and most importantly, opportunities for our students to serve others!
